Have you ever stopped to ask yourself the question of why you’re doing what you’re doing? If you’re at a desk job working the daily 9-5 grind, do you ask yourself why you do it? To pay the bills? Live a life of monotony? Do you love what you do for a job? Is it a job, or is it a career?
If you’re working on an endeavor that you love, why do you do it? Is it for money? To live a certain lifestyle to impress others? Or are you doing it because you love it, you were born to do it and you live and breathe it? Is it part of every waking moment of your day?
Why are you chasing the goals that you are (if you are chasing any)? What keeps you going when things aren’t going right or when the chips are down? How passionate are you with what you’re currently doing? I love to ask these questions to you because it gets you to think. It makes you think of your purpose in life.
I want you all to succeed but I also want you all to understand and know your purpose. Chase changing the world and not necessarily the money. The money will come within time, just make sure that you’re doing things for the right reasons and not the wrong ones. Do things with intention and purpose and everything else will fall into place.
